You have a fantastic presentation style. I totally enjoyed your keynote presentation at the PMI Tools conference this past weekend (Sat 11/10/07). The topic of behavioral communications was fascinating, particularly how you related it to project management and communication within project teams. The concept of persuading vs. telling people what to do is critical in accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines project teams. I learned allot in your DISC presentation and how the interaction of different behavior styles can provide a useful predictor of team effectiveness.

"Tim was a sessions presenter this week at the ISSIG PDS'07 in Scottsdale. Tim spoke to a full sessions room 50 attendees and received very high scores on or presenter survey. The PDS crowd has high standards and their scores are taken very seriously when we plan our future events.

Tim's topic was very relevant to project management and highly entertaining. I personally had many of the participants stop me during the remainder of the Symposium to tell me how much they enjoyed the session and to ask that he be included in next year's schedule.
